While four-wheel-drive is not required, there are some steep hills and gravel roads on the way to The Huckleberry Lodge.

There is lots of parking in the driveway and beside The Lodge. It is steep so you will want to set your parking brake. Please do not park in the garage.

From Tulsa:
Head east on the Broken Arrow Expressway. Continue straight onto the Muskogee Turnpike East (Highway 351). Take exit 26 to US 69 south towards Muskogee. Continue on 69 south through Muskogee towards Eufaula (39 miles). Exit Business US 69 to Eufaula. Go through the town of Eufaula. Turn left on Highway 9 E.
In 7.4 miles, turn left on Piney Creek Road. (first left after 9 Marina)
In 2 miles turn right on Brooken Mountain Road. In 3 miles turn left on North BK 1600 Road. Go down the hill towards the lake. Turn left on West BK 1760 Road. This road becomes 1700 road. House is a large blue house on the right side. 351 W. BK 1700 Rd.

Your GPS will want you to turn on 1900 Road. We suggest that you continue straight and turn on 1600 Road instead. 1600 Road is much more paved and less bumpy.
